FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

HANDLING TIME
The handling time is the number of business days we take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment.  Our handling time is between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)

SHIPPING 
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. Shipping takes 2-15 days
for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. International packages are sent via United States Priority Mail. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do!

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT?
Yes! Upon request, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Yes, we will!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED?
Yes you can. Please email us regarding your return or exchange so that we can approve your return. Item must be unwashed, clean and in good condition.

RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it’s within 7 days of receiving your order. Please all returns must be authorized.

PRODUCT CARE
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton or cotton blends. You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage or color bleeding.
